After much huffing, puffing, running, fancy footwork (mmm), tremendous volleys (well sort of), wonderful ground shots (ish), glorious serves etc etc, the final social tournament of the year eventually produced a worthy winner – Andrew ‘Just give me the trophy’ Simpson. Seriously though, his victory was thoroughly deserved.

Must give many, many thanks to Janet who decided that (whilst everyone else enjoyed themselves playing in the tournament) she’d clean the clubhouse. And then she went shopping for the BBQ lunch. And then she got the BBQ going and made sure everyone got fed. And then she…. well you get the idea. Hopefully we’ll see you at one of the tournaments in 2014
